Air, fire, water and earth
I invoke thy.
With you by my side, my intentions are solidified.
Grateful and blessed, my intentions manifest.
I stand within the living temple of my body,
sacred vessel of bone and breath, of pulse and presence.

Body of mine, you have carried me across seasons of remembering.
Through triumph and trembling,
Through breaking and rebuilding.
Through silence and sovereign rising.
You have held my ancestors in your marrow,
their resilience in your blood, their prayers in your heartbeat.

I honor what has been.
The strain revealed.
The wisdom remembered in my cells.
I give thanks for every breath,
for every moment
you have carried me without question.

On this sacred fall equinox, as light and darkness share even space and time,
I release what no longer serves my body’s highest and greatest good.
Stored sorrow, I release you now.
Old protection, I soften you now.
Inherited burdens, I lay you down now.
Lessons learned.
Weight released.

Body, I am here.
I am present.
I am listening.
Speak through sensation.
Guide me through breath.
Show me what I need to discover.
I open to nourish you fully.
To support you deeply.
To restore you completely.

May I experience perfect health as harmony remembered.
May alignment flow through me from thought to tissue, from intention to action. May my nervous system rest in safety.
May my body move in strength void of strain.
May my cells awaken in vitality.
I bless my body as wise.
I bless my body as whole.
I bless my body as sacred ground.
Rooted like earth
Fluid like water.
Radiant like fire.
Expansive like air.

My body, you are my ally.
My body, you are my home.
My body, you are and forever will be my temple.

And so it is.
